Christian Constant Chocolate Bars are classified by either country or species, and by percentage of cocoa liquor (cocoa solids). They are softened with fine cocoa butter, a dash of lecithin, and just enough sugar to sweeten. All of them are 50 gm minimum in weight and are made in a mold of 20 subdivisions. They are generously thick. To eat it, avoid crunching; just bite off a tiny amount in the mouth and let it dissolve slowly before chewing. |
